Philanthropic Lunch 2014

The pictures below are from our Philanthropic lunch at James Martin in 2014, in support of Grace's Place Children's Hospice. We raised over £280,000 towards construction of the new Children's Hospice in Dumers Lane, Radcliffe.

The inspiration for the new hospice is three year old Grace Tinarwo from Rochdale who suffers from the chromosomal abnormality Patau Syndrome, which means that Grace is unable to see, speak or feed properly. Grace’s Place will be a specialist hospice for children suffering from cancers, nuerological illnesses, genetic illness and physical disabilities in North Manchester.

The pictures below are from our Spring Ball in 2014 supporting Hospice at Home in association with Derian House Hospice, in which we raised over £104,000.

Hospice at Home is a registered charity providing a free nursing service for people at the end stages of life who prefer to be cared for in their own homes with all that is familiar about them, and gives support and help to the carers, within rural North and East Cumbria and the city of Carlisle.
